The Customer Received A Wrong Product
Should the customer get an incorrect goods, we will arrange for its free pickup.
Within seven working days of receiving the incorrect product, we will either send out the proper one or issue a refund.
Neither the product nor the packaging should be used or tampered with.
All accessories and supporting documents, including price tags, labels, warranty cards, and purchase receipts, should be shipped with the product.
The product should be sealed in its original product packing.
The Customer receives damaged goods
If customers get damaged items, they are entitled to a refund, but they will need to show video evidence of this.
It is recommended that customers record their merchandise when they remove the delivery packaging and package it. This video will serve as evidence that the client was sent faulty merchandise.
The customer will not be eligible for a refund if video proof is not given or if the video is created after the goods has been opened.
